Refund Policy

We at DKderma are confident in our services and want our customers to feel the same. We offer a 7-day refund program:

If the Customer isn’t satisfied with his purchase for any valid reason, he can simply contact us as soon as the products are received or he came of knowledge of that reason and apply for a refund.

The refund can be issued in the following forms:

Credit – an amount of money that will be credited to the Customers account and can be used to purchase any product DKderma is offering. The amount will be credited from the moment the application is approved.

Reshipment – a replacement of the previous order or its part. It will usually take 3-5 business days after DKderma approves the application and will be dispatched the next business day.

Refund – a full or partial compensation of Your order that will be returned to your credit card or bank account (depending on the payment method). It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to settle within your bank account after Dkderma approves Your application.

DKderma reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve or decide the type of return. DKderma carefully studies all refund applications and provides a decision within 5 business days.

Please note, once you have placed an order and refuse acceptance of delivery of that order from either the local postal office, courier, border control, or customs, then no return will be issued as a result of the goods being returned to us.
